This keeps everyone on task and also lowers stress and anxiety levels. Keep your employees informed about departmental changes and recent developments as a manager. Open communication is a two-way street; the more you communicate with your staff, the more likely they will share their worries, opinions, and other thoughts, resulting in much stronger working connections and a more positive corporate culture.
